Santhica Tea

Santhica Tea 40g

Dosage: 2 teaspoons of tea per small cup of tea (ca. 150-200ml water), adjust according to your preferences.

Preparation: Boil water with either 1/2 teaspoon of vegetable oil of your choice or with milk (plant milk can also be used). Add the tea and simmer for about 3-4 minutes. Filter out the hemp tea with a fine filter. It is best to drink the hemp tea in the evening after a meal.
